For your convenience we have provided forms to be used for a variety of purposes within the Village of Airmont. There are four categories of forms available for you to download:
General Forms - Need access to public records? Want to submit a general application review package to one or many boards/departments. Here's where find these forms.
Planning Board - forms that are to be completed and submitted to the Village Planning Board.
Zoning Appeal - forms that are to be completed and submitted to the Village Zoning Appeals board.
Building & Zoning - forms that are to be completed and submitted to the Building & Zoning department.
